At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Valentine & Co, 1st Floor Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL on 30 June 2021, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Reynolds (IP No. 8838) of Valentine & Co, 1st Floor Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”

Please note that this notice was erroneously advertised in the London Gazette on 6 July 2021 as a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation. The Company has in fact been placed into Members’ Voluntary Liquidation following a meeting of members on 30 June 2021.
