"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Simmons (IP No. 9022) and Karyn Jones (IP No. 8562) both of Shaw Gibbs Insolvency Ltd, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
