“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, effective as at 3:45 pm on 14 March 2024 and that Christopher Wood (IP No. 9571) and Steven George Hodgson (IP No. 13550) both of Clough Corporate Solutions Limited, Vicarage Chambers, 9 Park Square East, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 2LH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
