"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) and Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed as Joint Liquiators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
