A Petition to wind-up the above named company (registered no: 10574112) of The Bristol Office, 2nd Floor, 5 High Street, Bristol, BS9 3BY presented on 12 December 2018 by ASHTEAD PLANT HIRE COMPANY LIMITED of 102 Dalton Ave, Birchwood Park, Birchwood, Risley, Warrington, WA3 6YE (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Newcastle upon Tyne Combined Court Centre, The Law Courts, The Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne & Wear, NE1 3LA on 19 March 2019 at 12:30 pm (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
