Stephen Holgate (IP number 7991) and Philip Long (IP number 2086) were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 24 February 2011. Pursuant to a Court Order dated 3 December 2012 James Money (IP number 8999) replaced Philip Long as Joint Liquidator, following his resignation with effect from 1 June 2012.

Danny Dartnaill (IP number: 10110) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU, was appointed Liquidator of the Company on 23 August 2017, following the resignation of James Money from BDO LLP. Danny Dartnaill is authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 17 May 2018. If creditors have not already delivered a proof of debt, they are invited to prove their claims by post or email to us by no later than 17 May 2018, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend.

Creditors who have claims of £1,000 or less that we are aware of according to the Company’s records will not have to deliver proof of debt or claim form for dividend purposes.
