A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at Frogowse, Station Lane, Newport, East Yorkshire, HU15 2PX presented by RUACANAMECH LIMITED (In Liquidation) whose registered office address is situate at Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 18 November 2019 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 15 January 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 14 January 2020.
