At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 20 February 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Tracy Ann Taylor and Philip David Nunney, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on the same day at 2.15pm, the appointment of Tracy Ann Taylor and Philip David Nunney was confirmed and the creditors also confirmed that the Joint Liquidators should act jointly and severally.
