Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Isobel Susan Brett of Bretts Business Recovery Limited, 21 Highfield Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2JS and Tom Bowes of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QZ, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".
