A Petition to wind up the above-named company of A.B.G. Electrical & Mechanical Services Ltd. (11451102) of Dean Grange High Street, Upper Dean, Huntingdon PE28 0LT, whose nature of business is 43210 - Electrical installation 43220 - Plumbing, heat and air-conditioning installation, presented on Tuesday 09 August 2022, at 10:00 by REXEL UK LIMITED, of Blake House, 2 Hatchford Way, Birmingham B26 3RZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 21 September 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
