Notice is hereby given that on 17 May 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen craving the Court inter alia that Aberdeen Renovations Limited with its Registered Office at 6 Market Square, Oldmeldrum, Inverurie, AB51 0AA be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 17 May 2021 ordained the said Aberdeen Renovations Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Castle Street, Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
