Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 28 March 2019, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to Mark Grahame Tailby of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire LE12 7NN the Liquidator of the said Company, appointed on 14 February 2019.

If so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, creditors must provide any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
