A Petition to wind up the above-named company of ABBEY RETAIL (MCR) LTD (07119330) of Unit 5, Thames Industrial Estate, Manchester M12 6DD, previously of 10 Grandale Street, Manchester M14 5WG, Unit 5, Thames Industrial Estate, Manchester M12 6DD (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Manufacture of knitted and crocheted fabric, presented on Monday 10 October 2022, at 12:00 by K AZMEH (TEXTILES) LTD, of Richmond House, Richmond Grove, Manchester M13 0LN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 29 November 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
