This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Mark Nicholas Ranson, of Opus Restructuring LLP, Third Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5HN.The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee. 2. That the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken; and 3. That the Joint Liquidator be authorised to recover all Category 2 expenses, calculated on the bases detailed in Opus Restructuring LLP’s Summary. 4. That the pre appointment agents fee of £500 plus VAT detailed in the Joint Liquidators’ report dated 9 August 2022, be authorised and paid to Sanderson Weatherall LLP. This virtual meeting will be recorded video and audio in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded including recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4pm on 26 August 2022
