At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 18 Clarence Road, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 1AN on 8 August 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Deborah Ann Cockerton of DCA Business Recovery LLP, 18 Clarence Road, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 1AN be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up." At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 8 August 2017 the creditors nominated and appointed alternative Liquidators, and the following resolution was passed as an ordinary resolution: "That Rob Sadler (IP No. 009172) and Michael Jenkins (IP No. 20114) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 11 Clifton Moor Business Village, James Nicolson Link, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4XG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."
