Take notice that on 31 March 2016 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Antonio Crolla, Kingsview, Priestfield Road North, Edinburgh EH16 5HS and Kenneth Scott, 73 Hopetoun Street, Edinburgh EH7 4NG for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 (the “Act”) to wind up AAZ1 Limited having its registered office at 6/5 Rodney Place, Edinburgh, Scotland EH7 4FR (the “Company”) and to appoint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 5 April 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LB.
