A Petition to wind up the above named company of AWL Trucks, Units 5&6 Websters Ind Estate, Hallam Fields Road, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, England DE7 4AZ presented on 27 February 2017 by Clearway Drainage Systems Limited of Unit A2 Leigh Trading Estate Norweb Way, off Butts St, Leigh, Lancashire England WN7 3AE claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Greater Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 2 May 2017 at 10.00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard.
