“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP and Umang Patel, of Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA, (IP Nos. 008368 and 18790)

be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
