Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018, that on the 28 October 2019, I Kenneth G Le May was appointed as liquidator of AAKEN ELECTRICAL SERVICES LTD Trading As Aaken Electrical Services Ltd by virtue of the deemed consent procedure. A Liquidation Committee was not established. I do not intend to summon another meeting to establish a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one tenth, in value of the company's creditors in terms of Section 5.25 Rule 142 (3)(a) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018 and Insolvency Scotland Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
