At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of FRP Advisory LLP, 7th Floor, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU on 3 October 2017 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Russell Stewart Cash (IP No. 8783) and David Thornhill (IP No. 8840) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 7th Floor, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
