At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 4th Floor Churchgate House, Bolton, BL1 1HL on 7 April 2020 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Brendan P Hogan (IP No. 13030) of Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 4th Floor, Churchgate House, Bolton, BL1 1HL be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

At a subsequent meeting held on 7 April 2020, Glyn Mummery and Paul Atkinson were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors, and Brendan Hogan was given his release.
