A petition to wind-up the above-named Company of St Andrew’s House, Yale Business Village, Ellice Way, Wrexham, LL13 7YL (Registered Office) presented 26 November 2021 by MR MARK ANDREW HUGH MACDOUGALL whose address is 26 Belvedere Drive, Wrexham, LL11 2BG (claiming to be a Creditor of the Company) will be heard at the County Court at Mold, The Law Courts, Civic Centre, Mold, Flintshire, CH7 1AE, on the 11 January 2022 at 11:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
