At a General Meeting of the Trustees of the above named CIO (Charity Registration Number 1166155), duly convened and held at Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, WF5 8AL on 12 February 2018 at 2.30 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the CIO cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the CIO be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Weir (IP No. 9099) of DSi Business Recovery, Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, WF5 8AL be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
