NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held within the offices of WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB on 17 June 2016 at 3.00 pm for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies at WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberrry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB by no later than 12 Noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form.
