"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Tate (IP No. 22910) and Duncan Swift (IP No. 8093) both of Moore (South) R&I LLP, The Quay, 30 Channel Way, Southampton, SO14 3TG be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
