Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 March 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Anthony John Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) of Opus Restructuring LLP, St Brandons House, 29 Great George Street, Bristol, BS1 5QT and Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
