“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tony Mitchell (IP No. 8203) of Cranfield Business Recovery Limited, Business Innovation Centre, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TX be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Liquidator be authorised under the provision of Section 165 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (”the Act”) to exercise the powers laid down in Schedule 4, Part I of the Act.”
