NOTICE is hereby given that on 27 June 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at South Strathclyde and Galloway at Hamilton by KLM CNC Services Ltd craving the Court that AC Engineering (Scotland) Limited Company number SC342082 having their Registered Office at Block 14, Unit 2, Dunedin Road, Larkhall ML9 2QS be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 2 July 2019 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
