At a general meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 2nd Floor, Suite 148, Central Chambers, 11 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LY on 17 July 2020 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that George Dylan Lafferty, of 180 Advisory Solutions Limited, Suite 148, Central Chambers, 11 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LY, (IP No. 9584) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 17 July 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of George Dylan Lafferty of 180 Advisory Solutions Limited, Suite 148, Central Chambers, 11 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LY as Liquidator of the Company.
