Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 18 November 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that E Walls and W Harrison both of KSA Group Ltd, C12 Marquis Court, Marquisway, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them.”

Please note that at the virtual meeting of creditors held on 18 November 2021 at 2.15pm, the Creditors of the Company nominated Paul Zalkin and Andrew Watling of Quantuma Advisory Limited to act as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and as a result of the voting, Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ are the Joint Liquidators of the Company.
