A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 3a Blue Sky Way, Monkton Business Park South, Hebburn, Tyne & Wear, NE31 2EQ, presented on 12 May 2016 by ABACUS 8 LIMITED of Tamarisk House, Burton Row, Brent Knoll, Somerset, England, TA9 4BW, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Newcastle District Registry, at Newcastle, on 8 July 2016, at 11.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
