A Petition to wind up the above-named company of A & S Wheels Limited (04318323) of 22 Sunny Gardens Road, London NW4 1RX, whose nature of business is 45320 - Retail trade of motor vehicle parts and accessories, presented on Monday 22 August 2022, at 10:00 by R & R C BOND (WHOLESALE) LIMITED T/A BOND INTERNATIONAL, of Pocklington Airfield Industrial Estate, Pocklington, York YO42 1NR claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 05 October 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
