"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Myles Jacobson (IP No. 11590) and Peter Kubik (IP No. 9220) both of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
