Notice is hereby given that on 11th October 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that A & M GIFFORD LIMITED, with its Registered Office at Unit 3 Mid Road Industrial Estate, Prestonpans, East Lothian, EH32 9ER be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 14th October 2022 appointed Stuart Charles Robb and Michelle Marie Elliot, FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD Provisional Liquidators with powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a period of three months from 14th October 2022 and ordained the said A & M GIFFORD LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
