A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate Suite 1, Challenge Enterprise Centre, Sharps Close, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO3 5RJ and whose last known trading address is Unit 17, Furzehill Farm, Sheepwash Lane, Denmead, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 6TU presented on 15 February 2022 by Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd of Saint-Gobain House, East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 6JU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 30 March 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
