A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 9 Wholesale Limited (05914542) whose registered office is 303 Wellingborough Road Northampton NN1 4EW whose nature of business is, agents involved in the sale of variety of goods presented on 9 October 2019, at 14.43 by ELBURG FOODS B.V (A Company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands) of P. Broekhovenstraat 4-6 8081 Hc Elburg Netherlands, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Friday 13 December 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
