Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 79 & 80  of the  Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions the Final Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be via video conference on 21 October 2021 at 10.00am for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator's acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to closure. Forms of proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of Donegall House, 7 Donegall Square North, Belfast, BT1 5GB no later than 12.00 noon on the 14 October 2021.
