NOTICE is hereby given than on 24 February 2020 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by 77 Hospitality (UK) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC579962) and with its registered office at Dtbh, 161 Springfield Road, Aberdeen, AB15 7AQ craving the Court inter alia that the said 77 Hospitality (UK) Limited be wound up by the Court and that Claire Louise Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner, Middlebrooks Business Recovery and Advice Limited, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG be appointed as interim liquidator; and in which Petition, Lord Doherty, by Interlocutor dated 25 February 2020 appointed any party claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge Answers with the Petition Department, Court of Session, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime appointed the said Claire Louise Middlebrook to be provisional liquidator of the company and authorised her to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986. All of which notice is hereby given.
