A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 32-36 Chorley New Road, Bolton, Lancashire BL1 4AP presented by KAWASAKI MOTORS EUROPE NV T/A Kawasaki Motors UK whose registered office address is situated at 1 Dukes Meadow, Millboard Road, Bourne End SL8 5XF claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 14 January 2021 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 31 March 2021 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
