At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ on 20 December 2021 at 3.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
