NOTICE is hereby given that on 15 October 2018, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by The City of Edinburgh Council, craving the Court inter alia that 5MU Properties Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC476664) and having its registered office at 14 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH1 1YJ be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo, and Alistair McAlinden, Insolvency Practitioner of KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LJ be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; by Interlocutor dated 15 October 2018 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
