Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors within a period of two months from the last date of proving on 9 December 2020, under rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016. This notice is provided by Christopher Whiteoak, the Liquidator of 52N Resourcing Solutions Limited.

Creditors who have not already proven their claims are required, on or before 9 December 2020, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. Creditors may submit a proof of debt form by post to Whiteoak Morris Limited, Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ; by email to mail@whiteoakmorris.co.uk or by fax to 01633 927004.

Please note that if you are sending forms by post, you must ensure that you have allowed sufficient time for the forms to be delivered to this office before the expiry of the last date for receiving proofs on 9 December 2020. An email is treated as delivered at 9am on the next business day after it was sent.

Any creditor that has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.

The prescribed part provisions do not apply.
