NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (“Act”) that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at 15.00hrs on Friday 7 April 2017 at Holiday Inn Slough – Windsor, Church Street, Chalvey, Slough SL1 2NH for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the Act.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Proxy forms and proof of debt forms can be requested from Christopher Whiteoak at the address and contact information below. Completed proofs of debt and proxy forms must be lodged at Whiteoak Morris Limited, Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff Cf11 9LJ. The last date and time for submission of these forms to enable them to be used for voting purposes at the meeting is 12.00hrs on Thursday 6 April 2017.

Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) should also include a statement giving details of their security, the date(s) on which it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed.

The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting. A copy of the creditors’ guide to liquidator’s fees is provided.
