"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) and Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) both of Bailey Ahmad Business Recovery, 275b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 6 September 2022 the appointment of Matt Reeds and Paul Bailey as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
