"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Frank Wessely (IP No. 007788) of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS and Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
