At a meeting for the above named company duly convened and held on 10 February 2021, the following resolutions were passed:

“That, upon swearing a Declaration of Solvency it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the Company is solvent, the Company be wound up under a Members' Voluntary Liquidation procedure.”

That Sandra McAlister and Gareth Bishop, be appointed by the company to act as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they may act jointly and severally in this regard.
