At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Quantuma LLP, The Old Printworks, Eastbourne, BN21 3XQ on 13 February 2019, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) and Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."

At a subsequent meeting held on 13 February 2019, the creditors appointed Christopher Herron (IP No. 8755) and Nicola Jayne Fisher (IP No. 9090) of Herron Fisher, 135 Seaside, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN22 7NN, and that Maxine Reid and Sean Bucknall were given their release.
