A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 4 Less Group UK Limited (10226615) of Unit 1, Mill Batch Farm, Highbridge, Somerset TA9 4JN, Unit 1, Mill Batch Farm, Highbridge TA9 4JN (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 43290 - Other construction installation, presented on Thursday 02 December 2021, at 10:00 by ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR UK LIMITED, of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham TW20 9FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 11 January 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
