Notice is hereby by Hayley Watson and Anthony Davidson that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held on 28 September 2020 at 11.00 am for the purpose of establishing whether a liquidation committee should be formed.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy and must have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT by no later than 4pm on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of this meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
