A Petition to wind up the above named company of 2 Heigham Road, London, England, E6 2JG presented on 29 January 2021 by Telia Carrier AB whose address is SE-169 94 Solna, Stockholm, Sweden claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts in Leeds The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 13 April 2021 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4.00 pm on 12 April 2021.

Any persons wishing to attend the remote hearing on 13 April 2021 must email the Court via BPC.Leeds@Justice.gov.uk by no later than 4:00 pm on 9 April 2021 with the following: a. A telephone number for each proposed participant and b. An email address for each proposed participant and c.
